In Person Training VS Online Training: Which is Right for YOU?

In this short episode I go over 3-4 pros & cons of both in-person AND online training. It’s really not a "VERSUS" kind of conversation, which is often how I hear it framed. It is a black and white fallacy to say one is better than the other. Both methods of training have a TON of pros and cons that YOU as an individual can consider when making the choice that is best for yourself in this stage of your life.

The goal of this episode is to help you get more clarity on which option is best for you but, DON'T WORRY, if you make a decision on one and it turns out to not be the right fit, you can just switch :) You can always change your mind. In fact, you will get the most out of experiencing both within your lifetime!
